I believe that everyone has all of the innate abilities to heal themselves already within them. I am here to act as a guide to help you on this journey to discovering and using those abilities for yourself. I offer the following services to help you on your journey to well-being and living in your highest self.

Consultation
Free of Charge
In-person or over-the-phone
The choice to start therapy can be a daunting decision. This is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation so that you can meet me and feel empowered in the choice you are making with your therapist.
The consultation is an opportunity for you to ask me questions and discuss what you are looking for in a therapeutic relationship.
I recommend this option to all new clients!
Individual counseling
$185 - 60 minute session
$150 for out-of network sessions
I am currently in-network with Blue Cross, SelectHealth, PacificSource, and St. Luke’s Health Partners plans. I do not bill all other insurances directly, but am happy to provide you with a monthly Superbill to request reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Affordable Options:
I am partnered with the St. Luke’s Counseling Grant to provide affordable options for self-pay clients. Please reach out with questions about adjustable rates.
